Refund Policy

1. Digital telecom credits
Voice22 sells digital telecommunication credits (access codes / PINs) used for outbound international calls. Due to the nature of digital telecom credits, all sales are final once credits are delivered.
2. When refunds may be considered
A refund may be considered only in limited cases where:
- payment was successful but credits were not delivered, and
- we cannot resolve delivery within a reasonable time after you contact support.
3. Non-refundable cases
- Credits that have been used (partially or fully).
- Incorrect destination number entered by the user.
- Call quality issues caused by telecom carriers, routing, or the user's device/network.
