Refund Policy

1. Digital telecom credits

Voice22 sells digital telecommunication credits (access codes / PINs) used for outbound international calls. Due to the nature of digital telecom credits, all sales are final once credits are delivered.

2. When refunds may be considered

A refund may be considered only in limited cases where:

• payment was successful but credits were not delivered, and
• we cannot resolve delivery within a reasonable time after you contact support.

3. Non-refundable cases

• Credits that have been used (partially or fully).
• Incorrect destination number entered by the user.
• Call quality issues caused by telecom carriers, routing, or the user's device/network.
